You didn't say that when Slick Willie was pointing his finger at us a couple of years ago. Who cares whether George Bush writes the words if the message gets across. It's the Bush administration; without him we wouldn't have it. We'd have some descendant of Slick Willie and we'd still be listening to him tell how he didn't "have sexual relations with that woman -- Ms. Somebody Else." Now we have a real president. If you want to call him titular, go ahead. It doesn't diminish his performance one bit.
