His pay scale makes him look like an up & coming Winnick or Lay... yes the companys performance showed he deserved nearly $4MM plus options. NOT!! Of course the 850K options each year show little promise unless Carly can do better-- LOL! Fat chance. Still the performance sux and he deserves much less-- about 80% less!
