Chance of precip 100%. Snow accumulations less than one inch. Thursday: Rain likely. High near 43F. Winds E 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precip 100%. Rainfall near a half an inch. Thursday night: Rain likely. Low near 40F. Winds S 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precip 90%. Rainfall near a half an inch. Friday: Rain...changing to snow late in the day. High around 45F. Winds W 15 to 20 mph. Chance of precip 80%. Friday (24 hours): Rain changing to snow. Highs in the mid 40s and lows in the low 20s. Saturday (24 hours): Cloudy with flurries. Highs in the low 30s and lows in the low 20s. Sunday (24 hours): Chance of a few snow showers. Highs in the upper 30s and lows in the low 20s. and who says Western PA isn't a great place to live???<gg
