LOL! GAO does not have the authority to make such demands.

That's what the White House said today, and I agree.

And the way I look at it, if Cheney does hand them over, and it is found there is nothing to it, then there will just be another witch hunt about something else.

So, since the witch hunt is on, at least Cheney is controlling it, to some extent.
