I don't think management makes 5-year revenue projections that aren't very conservative. First Data is basically sidelining their own workflow front end and OEMing Pegacard. This agreement basically says that Pegacard is best of breed, which Sears thought also.

Don't forget Pegacard is only one Pegasystems solution. There are also the wholesale banking, retail banking, mutual fund(which a First Data subsidiary already OEM's), and insurance products not represented in this announcement.

If Montgomery makes comments on this deal, I'll pass the gist along.
