I to suffer the tramau of waiting by the phone for a call from my broker. But it is a cheap discount broker. They can't afford living people. So they hired some high school students at minimum wage. After many late nights working in the laboratory they were able to hook together a silicone beast using outdated flash chips and old Bose speakers.
So when I get a phone call from my broker, it is small comfort to curse at the cold, mechanical voice. I can only hope that someday a stray current will cause it to sing Beethoven instead of the blues....
