That was on the advice of her political advisor. I forget his name, but he was a liberal Jewish fellow whose quest for votes was waaaaay pre-mature. Don't count her out of the presidential race!!! The Dems have great spin doctors and are great at making deals for the support of civic and minority leaders. A perfect example is the way they got the support of the feminists during Bill Clinton's campaign. After he got elected he chose woman after woman for the Attorney General position until Janet Reno was finally approved for the post. Never once did a man's name enter the list. I'm constantly amazed that there are people out there stupid enough to let someone else tell them who to vote for. I'm also amazed at the size of the write-in vote that comes from Israel each election. On the news, one time, the reporter was asking Israelis who they were going to vote for in the upcoming presidential election and the person being interviewed said "George Bush never did anything for Israel! I'm voting for Bill Clinton!". Now, don't get me wrong! I'm not anti-Semite.....but I've gotten to the point where I can understand why some people are. My apologies to anyone that I offended with my less-than-politically-correct opinions!
