P4 out-running DDR; which is why AMD used P4 with DDR for the 2.2 comparison to XP2000+
Interesting how the crossover occurs right at 2.2 GHZ The slide shows 2.0 with DDR out performing 2.0 with RDR. Anixter said AMD showed the DDR compare because AMD sees DDR as the future memory and so does Intel ..... then he said when they substituted RDR on the 2.2 it was still edged out by the XP2000+ They should have posted the 2.2 RDR bar on that graph. An obvious obfuscation bordering on FUD.

John- Not throttling. They ran the same processor on an 850 system and it ran in line with expectations for the overclock.
It looks like memory bandwidth with DDR. It's being outrun by the P4.
