Well, I can see a bonus written into the employment contract based on performance. This just seems open ended, 'hey, you screw up and although we have a huge debt load, what's another 200m for a guy like you'. I'm pissed because when I was younger and dumber years ago and dabbled in margin, my mom had to bail me out when I 'got the call' <ggg>. I was commenting on another thread earlier today that I'm tired of seeing CEO after CEO having 'a loan forgiven'. Today it was Compaq's Capellas. Yesterday it was Tyco management 'returning' stock to the company in order to avoid having it listed as an 'insider sale'. I'm kinda glad I've been scalping this market because unless one is a forensic accountant (and maybe not even then), the deck seems stacked...

Regards,
John
