Warning for E-turd users.

Yesterday I had a position in TYC and as it continued to fall I decided my maximum pain was $26.35, so a placed a "stop-loss" order there.

Then for some reason they sold my sh's at $28.5. The low was $27.48, my stop loss was $26.35.

Luckily I bought back the sh's at $29.43 and placed a "trade inquiry" as to why my stop-loss order was executed.

Looks like a pretty cut & dry error and I should receive an adjustment of $.93 on 1000 sh's... But today they tell me due to "fast market conditions" blah blah blah, NO ADJUSTMENT.

If I had not been around to see the stop-loss get filled by error and buy them back on my own I'd currently be out $6000 since I sold at end of day for $35.7

What a crock O' $hit!
