the list of culpable for Enron grows I expect all Enron directors, all top VP's, all involved Anderson auditors, and most (if not all) Anderson partners to be subjected to a ruthless application of the RICO laws for seizure did I read correctly? there are 2500 Anderson partners? time to sell those boats on Lake Michigan I am beginning to have a good feeling about the aftermath better accounting honesty less chicanery on balance sheet reporting less aggressive methods on writeoffs and R&D during acquisitions perhaps eventually separation of consulting and auditing it will reduce stated earnings, but increase reliability the entire question of offshore banks, offbalancesheet crapp will have to be resolved I am not saying anything new only some clean air might follow this wicked storm oy, jim
