LAKE ELSINORE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 31, 2002--Management of Medinah Minerals, Inc. is extremely pleased to announce the signed completion of a five million dollar ($5 million) financing package.
The first deposit of moneys, memorializing the framework of the funding deal, have been received into the Medinah Minerals, Inc. bank account.
When Medinah Minerals, Inc. is released from its Non-Disclosure Agreement mandates, Management will identify the funding party.
The balance of the entire five million dollar ($5 million) funding package is scheduled to be received by Medinah Minerals, Inc. over the course of the next three business weeks.
Medinah Minerals, Inc. will now commence the Company's exploration program as outlined by Gordon House P.Geo., and Robert Cinits, P.Geo. Company Director and Geologist, Gordon House, P.Geo., will leave shortly to undertake the expansion of the exploration project at the Company's Alto de Lipangue gold/copper property near Santiago, Chile.
