Michael, I would like to know more about "contracting out."

Would this be similar to a management fee? I think that is the way to go, provided that the manager has a personal stake to match their commitment to the venture pool. In other words, the fee would be contingent on the manager and the investment pool's performance. That way, we would have a real "go-getter" who isn't fat and happy with the investors' money.

Also, do you know someone at R&T? Perhaps you could invite them to join our discussion. Do you happen to know any of the tech companies the R&T trusts have invested in?
