Osama Bin Ladin deals in terror becasue it's the only way he can fight our country with any degree of success. He is not a suicide bomber.....his choir is composed of the suicidal missled souls. They are the people that have born the pain and loss that they associate with the US. They blame all of Israel's military success on the US because of our sale of arms to that country. Goodness versus evil as a argument for military action is quite faulty. If we are to say that success at war is due to the hand of God then how do we explain the successes of our enemy? DO we think that Bin Ladin's success with the WTC attack had divine intervention involved? I don't think any rational person would believe that . But can we say that our successes are the result of divine intervention when many people are killed? I don't think so either. We should leave the good versus evil out of the war discussion...........Good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people. We need to keep our frame of reference from ruining the moral platform. Religion has been too close a partner of war over the years and I think it has been tarnished enough by man's stupidity, ego and greed. Pat
