rjm2, insider buying.
I know you consider insider buying to be a significant factor in your buy decisions. PTSX has a covenant violation with its creditors so I would not recommend at this time. However the insider buying is extraordinary. The CEO had a margin call which caused him to dump the stock last year and this event was followed by a buying spree by chairman, Worthwhile putting on watch list until line of credit problems are solved. biz.yahoo.com
