Sounds like the bottom for tech. And your reasoning is? Let me guess. 1. Buy when there's blood regardless of valuation. 2. Those companies will never ever sell for 1-2 times book again. It's different this time. Chips will be everywhere. Intel should sell for 8 times sales and probably 20 times! 3. Based on pro forma accounting, these stocks are cheap. smartstockinvestor.com 4.
