You obviously have the hit-the-nail-on-the-head syndrome. You must be very unpopular in your school district. This is the fallacy of the putting-more-money-into-education-will-fix-the-problems argument. What it really usually does is fund more administrators and bureaucrats. And you don't make a bureaucracy more efficient by feeding it more money; you make it less efficient.

One of the things that the study my wife was involved with determined was that over the last 40 years in the area we live in, the per-pupil funding has not decreased as is adamantly claimed by the teacher's union; IT HAS INCREASED- -DRAMATICALLY. And the results are worse. The school administrative staff is larger, though.
