at what stage of a human pregnancy do you consider a fetus human?

First of all, the Supreme Court has chickened-out on this important question. It is their duty to decide when a fetus becomes an independent human life.

Until they fulfill their duty, my personal opinion is that as long as a fetus cannot survive without its mothers host body, it is NOT an independent life & is instead part of her domain--her own body. Once the fetus can survive on its own outside her support system--it is an independent human life.
