Hi Atin,
I wouldn't think that posting Bullish/Bearish Price objectives on the p&f charts at stockcharts puts you in the "predicting" business. Price objectives on p&f charts are essential components to p&f charting. PO's are what they are. Their computation are not a judgment or an opinion any more than a chart's pattern expresses a prediction. We all know High Pole Tops are bearish. By noting it on a p&f chart, does that mean you are making a prediction on the stock?.

"A principal advantage afforded by p&f charts centers on gauging the extent of future price moves."

Dr. Aby from his book....

"There are two vital pieces of information sought by a trader - the direction of the price trend and the probable distance of a move....Price Objectives are but an additional tool to help the sophisticated chartist better analyze his market."

Kermit Zieg from his book.
