It doesn't compete with Manuigistics. In fact they partner.

Manhattan is logistics management vs supply planning.

Lots of small players in the market (reminded me of CRM in 1997), but none make money except for Manhattan, who has been doing this for 10 years. Inexpensive relative to the sector, too.

On a cautious note, they have exposure to K Mart, but it seems the contracts will stand through reorganization. Never know, though. I think I remember them saying $6 million.
