Daniel, Do you have any numbers to share on this: If their California contracts are renegotiated, it will be to CPN's advantage. I find this incomprehensible. The only re-negotiation that is on tap is to lower the cost to DWR. This cannot be to CPN's advantage. That is too Alice-In-Wonderland a world that you are describing unless you can supply actual numbers on how this might work. -Ray
