Just curious: do you have any idea of the circumstances surrounding the approval of the slots? Were they having a particular problem with personnel gambling off base, getting jammed up with bookies? Were soldiers taking off for Monte Carlo on weekend passes, then getting stranded when they got tapped out? Or is your judgment of the matter suspended in thin air?
