and

before anyone can download your QPNF, you should make them pass a PNF "IQ" test ... answer a few basic PNF questions and disclaimers like InteractiveBrokers does to absolve any fault from themselves, even if it *is* their fault. :-)

(actually you can do this for the pnf charts on a website too; kindof a registration process or writes a cookie once you've answered correctly)
