QCOM's patent pool was completely refreshed with the introduction of it's new set of licensing agreements for CDMA2000 1X, CDMA2000 1xEV DV, & CDMA2000 1xEV DO. Oh let's not forget about their recent WCDMA licensing agreements with Ericcson, Motorola, and Nokia. If Mucho has to start bickering about IPR, you know he is going nuts.
