Home Builders: I'm a former resident of SI, but have been out of O & G for over a year now. I like your assessment of the home builders, but am concerned about valuations. These companies are only selling at 8-10 times earnings. If interest rates stay where they are for awhile, it looks like the Home Builders could go considerably higher.
