On that score, I feel pretty good . . . David made a point of stressing in the Q&A that there would be (I believe the wording was) "no problem" in raising the $15 million needed during the first half. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Given 1) the solid and predictable (non-VA at this point) OnStar revenue stream (understandably, but maybe conservatively, forecast at flat for the next two quarters); 2) the big jump in the "deferred revenue" line item; 3) the new INTV relationship; and 4) the progress being made on the new-customer front, I would imagine that they have good visibility on near-term revenue prospects and that they'll have no trouble hitting and maybe beating their 1Q and 2Q sales targets.

I remain a "believer" (but you coulda guessed that, eh??!!)
