OSX next stop?

Potential drivers of this OSX rally.

1. Energy policy push in State of the Union address by GW

2. Worsening relationship between the US and Saudi Arabia

3. Strong statements in the State of Union address on Iraq, Iran and North Korea.

4. Higher that expected NG draws.

5. Continued evidence of lack of supply increase from last drilling cycle.

Don't under estimate the current push in the OSX. Institutional money is coming in now.

If the current run holds, focus on the laggards now. SEI, MVK, PGO, OLOG and KEG will soon catch up to the sector leaders. Time to buy them is now.

HAL and HC are special situations. I wouldn't sell either HAL or HC under $20.00, they will both be a lot higher that 20.00 a year from now.
