Tom, It is hard to say what a good time to sell is. If it is a stock for stock deal, it sometimes pays to hold if you believe the price of the aquiring company is going higher. Also it pays to hold if you think a bidding war may erupt. As far as me personally, if I get lucky enough to catch a takeover, I generally sell pretty quickly. Lets hope we get the chance to make that decision.
