Michael you already know my viewpoint A quick example - after 911 the Al Qaida terrorist numbers were described as a couple thousand or a few thousand. In the State of the Union address Bush said tens of thousands. Yesterday on the road he had backed off to several thousand(Must be that fuzzy math thing ;-) As a practical matter for the thread - it was speculated on the news last night that GW is building a case for his budget - due on Monday or Tuesday. If this is ground softening for the budget then we may be at risk of an adverse market reaction? (PS - sorry I haven't responded to your PM - nieces wedding this weekend, the relative parade has begun)
