WC, They are worried that: 1. iraq will pass weapons of mass D to terrorists on the sly 2. Iran is helping other groups in afganistan against current govt. 3. North Korea may try something crazy with nuke blackmail against SK or Japan. It would be nice if people of Iran overthrew the clerics once and for all. Democracy does exist there if clerics removed. Could we cut a deal with Sadam? Would survival justify giving up his weapons of MD. Kaddaffi has gone a long way in that direction. mike
