The Administration is spending close to $3M for two 30 sec spots during the Superbowl to tell Americans [or anyone watching the Superbowl] that buying illegal drugs may go to supporting terrorism. How much money [tax dollars] would you like to allocate for the Departments to explain/justify their existence.

But that is not the whole story. Bush's strong supporter Rupert Murdock owns the network which is trying to sell the ads for the superbowl and is having a hard time since the game looks to be less than thrilling. The Faux news network spends 24 hours a day touting Bush and claiming that every other network is liberally biased. In return for that support Bush has ordered that any difficulties that FOX has will be made up from the taxpayer's nickle. (or million nickles).

Bush is casually corrupt, he probably doesn't even think what he's doing when he helps his good buddies is wrong.
