Agreed. I'm watching that 1140-1143 area myself (resistance starts at 1132 from what I can tell). The two-thirds level was their wording; most stop before then, usually at or below the half-way mark (page 176, seventh edition). I don't know if many people used Fibo levels 50 years ago; I think only Iso was trading back then. -g-
