Zeev, I heard Fox news quote Arik Sharon as saying that he intended to ask President Bush to break relations with Arafat when Sharon sees Bush in the White House on Feb 7th. I doubt he would say this if he weren't pretty sure of a positive response.

I love the Palestinians' new line, don't you? You have to work with Arafat no matter how he behaves because, because...because he has no successor and there will be only chaos without him! By this time, of course, the answer is, so nu, what is there with him? Looks like chaos to us.
