Arnie, No doubt, we will see a counter-offensive on Monday. In the long run this episode might even be to our advantage, as Elan might even realize that it is in their own interest to keep shareholders and market better aware of what goes on in all their J/Vs. But my remark was more directed at the fact, that Elan choose to inform some (analysts and I suppose larger shareholders) about vital facts in connection with the WSJ article, but kept us smaller shareholders completely in the dark. If it hadn't been for the person who posted their rebuttal on MF, we still wouldn't know about their position towards all the allegations and insinuations coming from WSJ. I don't like that attitude at all. Ice
