TOUT (lying): We don't have one. TED: What? You mean you're recommending a stock at this price but you won't tell our viewers what it would take to reach your target? TOUT: "Well, we do have a target. But we don't want to let our competition know what we're thinking.' TED: 'If you're going to come on this program and recommend a stock the least you could do is say what your price target is.'
