The SEC has 30 days to issue comments, although they will work with your time schedule if possible..it can close as soon as the road show is over... Speculation.... The 1st question the road show receives will be "How did your just completed quarter turn out?". Either MRVC must disclose some prelim results or wait until after results are announced. (Or pull the results date up a bit, if possible?) If the qtr results were great, then no reason not to announce results prior to road show. (To get price up for offering.) I can imagine that the company and the insiders can wait a month for their funds. If they announce the offering before results. I will be seriously worried about qtr results. Any experience here? Grommit
