Maybe, but then again if OJ were poor, maybe the Police and DA's office would not have framed him in the first place, there were others that had more motive and better opportunity than he did, but I do not want to point fingers, but I think the real culprit was in Court the day the Jury came in.
Despite that, in our society it is better that 100 guilty go free than 1 innocent be unjustly convicted, imprisoned or put to the death penalty. The message of the OJ case is we expect more from our police and DA, rich or poor, do not bend the Constitution to convict citizens who have rights that our forefathers died to protect for all of us.
