If you expect 2004-2005 time-frame to show inflation, would the gold prices not
heat up much earlier than that? If your scenario were to happen:
-at what point would you consider gold as an investment rather than a trading vehicle?
-what instruments would you use to invest in gold then? indiv stocks, mut funds, bullion?
-what indicator would you use to shift from trading to investing in gold?
-what particular stocks and prices would you consider for an investment? I know you had posted a portfolio sometime back and I have the names from there, are those still your best picks?
I know those are too many questions, but I have appreciated your quantitative insight
over the years, thanks
Best regards

Hemant
