Mark:

Based on past case history, this lawsuit will be nothing but a temporary pain in the rear to the company unless something seriously illegal was going on. It will most likely cost some bucks, drag out for months, and finally be dismissed.

As far as getting out of the stock goes, the earnings projections haven't changed for this company because of the most recent troubles. There is no way the stock can languish at 16-18 if the company comes through with the earnings that are expected. Unless there is some bad news on the horizon (maybe related to the 100 million offering that was temporarily withdrawn?) I still think there is great potential upside for FEET. Bad news has a way of cropping up at the most inopportune times, however. Far be it from me to try to talk anyone into staying in FEET when I had to bail most of my own shares at 16 in April.

I am hoping that this news will drive the stock down to 14 again where I can get back in at a profit. I always try to buy stocks right after overreactions to perceived bad news which usually turns out not to be so bad.
