We got luckier than winning the lottery. A warm cell moved in and jumped the temperature 6 degrees when the rain started again. We only got 1/4th the ice that had been forecasted. Then again, winter isn't over yet and we get ice storms into April. The 1 1/2" of rain was welcome though. Have you ever gotten your IRS packet yet? I haven't and live only 4 miles from one of their shipping places.
