I did some searching around and couldn't find any cookie managers that would do what you wanted. You can sort them by expiration date, last accessed, etc. and get rid of quite a few of them that you haven't visited in a long time. You can download a cookie manager program at any of the shareware or freeware sites to help you manage them on your new computer. I think just keeping the ones you recognize and the most recently visited ought to get them down to a manageable level.
