Dubya stopped drinking alcohol a while ago, I suspect he has been clear of all drugs for some years now. Fact is, what's the best way of fighting the drug problem? My guess is legalizing it, and taking out the illegal trade. The government is very good at making things unappealing imho. Most young folk will rebel against government sponsored drug addiction (with appropriate recovery clinics) in an instant. Government using some guile and and advertisments would make the drug lords lose out. Problem fixed for a while -g-
