The esteemed lawyer, Tobin Richter, has gotten around to some interesting ideas:

"None of the affidavits conform to the format of Rule 56. Whether Rule 56 directly applies or not, it provides persuasive guidance."

I think he should also invoke Rule 18, Rule 24, Rule 11 and especially Rule 42 whether they apply or not. Summary Judgement? Affidavit? Whatever. Should also toss in Rule (divisible by 6), Rule (any prime number above 71), Rule (those made on even-numbered Tuesdays), and Rule (if I throw enough darts in the air, something's bound to hit a wall somewhere).

p.s. Glad you liked the milk carton. It would not have been possible without the very good help from other participating "agents". ;)
