Speaking of taking responsbility for one's own investment decisions....I posted the following on this thread a while back. Message 16846718 Since that time, people on threads all over SI are saying they keep trying to short the homebuilders, with EXTREMELY limited success, as the homebuilders head toward their busiest and most productive season of the year. These builders are trading at low multiples of earnings compared to many, many overpriced stocks which would make better shorts. Go figure. One homebuilder is up about 20 points since I saw one SI poster say he shorted it a few days ago. I hope that fellow is still OK physically, mentally and financially. Ouch.
