Maurice: No. QUALCOMM has simply refrained from putting in money to a bankrupt company until the main asset's legal position is resolved. That's not due to being tired of deceit.

OK. If you say so.. But, why the big fuss. I mean SEC filings and the such. Just means more paperwork if Nextwave does maintain control. More SEC filings to amend the previous ones. More press releases, etc.

Seems like it would have been easier to just not say anything until the Supreme Court makes a decision.

Could it be that some of the public anti-Nextwave sentiment was rubbing off on one of their financial backers?
