KA, In Texas, they laugh and say it's just the "good ol' boys out havin' a little fun." Those states that support DWI laws are "too damned liberal." Ditto for pollution laws, pedestrian right of ways and any law having anything to do with gender discrimination. But we then turn around and have Blue Laws so you can't open a liquor store on Sundays or holidays. I really love the state, but it's schizo and a bit scary at times.
