It doesnt appear to me that you can pin the fall of Enron on either administration.

But it doesnt look good that one of the biggest, if not the biggest, supporter of GW Bush's political career is a crook, and that they have been trading favors for a long time.

And if they keep digging, I think it's very possible they'll come up with something more damaging.
