Thanks for the analysis.

At this point, do you think Rick's qualifies as a value play?

Selling at 2 1/8 their market capitalization is only 7MM.
They have invested 7.6MM in Buildings and currently have 1.8MM in long term debt. In buying into this company, it seem that we are paying for bricks and mortar rather than dreams and a business concept.

If they could only earn a few million dollars per year, the stock would trade substantially higher.

Any thoughts?
