Perhaps, but are you saying that Israeli treatment of Palestinians is above criticism?

I agree that we're not dealing with two countries. That was obvious as soon as I saw a map showing how thoroughly the Israeli-settled areas are mixed in with the Palestinian areas of the West Bank. It seems to me that the Israelis have created an unworkable situation for themselves in allowing the areas of residence of the two groups to become so thoroughly intertwined that there is no longer any realistic hope of defending their people. In so doing, it appears that the Israelis have committed themselves to living with the results.
