One need not be bullish on the commodity to like the stock, and it sure looked cheap near $3 in December 2000

PAAS is actually building a nice diversified portfolio of not only reserves, but real producing properties. You have got to give some credit to someone who has the cajones to put mines into production, going from 3.6moz in 2000 to 6.0moz in 2001, to probably over 10moz in 2002. They may even make some money. The market gives value to comapanies that deliver on their goals and objectives. A proven track record is more valuable than promises.
